The management of Wellmont Capital Group N.V. has decided to form a division to target the direct sales industry, also known as affiliate sales. In a move to consolidate several brands in the market, the company is forming Wantage One Limited.
Wantage One will be the central brand of the affiliate and direct sales division, aiming to acquire and consolidate a series of brands in the industry. Wellmont has been in talks with key people in several target companies over a period of time and with deals pending the company has now decided to set up the division to prepare for onboarding.
“We could see that many companies in the affiliate market are great at marketing and sales, but they struggle with regulatory issues and to support their clients or members with fiscal matters such as local tax regulation. We want to create a framework and support for those companies, knowing that there is a central backend handling these things so that they can focus on their core business and do what they’re best at,” says Anthony Norman, CEO of Wellmont Capital Group.
